Description: The Greenwell Farms family tradition continues today, over 150 years later. We’re speaking with fourth-generation farmer Tom Greenwell about their high quality Kona coffee at Greenwell Farms. Their century old Arabica coffee trees capture an incredible family story starting with Henry Nicholas Greenwell leaving England in 1850 to first set foot on the fertile soil of rural Kona Hawaii. We’ll share favorite family coffee stories today and back when Henry Greenwell’s 40 years of farming and ranching was perfecting Kona coffee. We can’t wait to hear about how Greenwell Farms earned the “Recognition Diploma” for their Kona coffee at the 1873 World’s Fair in Vienna, Austria. We look forward to sharing legendary Greenwell Farms stories and their legacy.
