Adam Potter, Co-owner of Puna Chocolate Company along with his sister Teri Hagerott, will join us as we explore how chocolate is created from beautiful cacao pods and what makes Puna Chocolate so unique coming from one of the wettest regions in the United States. We’ll also share favorite coffee and chocolate stories, while learning more about the importance of tropical conservation and sustainability. And we can’t wait to hear about Puna Chocolate’s “Big Island Style” bar made with Kona Coffee, Puna cacao nibs and 70% dark chocolate.
