1930’s Coffee
posted on August 01, 2017
Things were different when I was a kid. I was born in 1923. When my family would go out together coffee was served in restaurants. They didn’t have coffee shops back then like they do now. I didn’t drink the coffee but my parents did. I remember it was only about 5 cents a cup for coffee. They didn’t grind whole coffee beans either from what I remember. It was instant out of the can. Times have sure changed.
